This
event will focus on implementing and administering sound
investigative guidelines critical to the success of a financial
statement and/or tax return related investigation and avoidance of
criminal and civil
liabilities. Additionally, we will explore
the use of internal and external resources to address these issues
and the adoption of sound policies and procedures in light of the
increased risks associated with the investigation of financial and
tax fraud.
This
session will provide insight into financial investigations from
varying perspectives: practitioner/consultants, regulators and
attorneys.
