You have been Robbed - Mortgage Fraud and the Financial Crisis

The FBI estimates annual losses from mortgage fraud to be in the range of $4 - $5 billion.  In addition the FBI has approximately 3,000 pending investigations with 1,571 cases opened in fiscal year 2009. 

From loan origination schemes to illegal property flipping, mortgage fraud is a growing threat that is hurting homeowners, businesses, and the national economy.  Please join us in learning new ways to detect and combat mortgage fraud, including collecting and analyzing data, spotting emerging trends and patterns and investigative techniques to find and stop criminals before the fact.
